Kids & Teens Training

The CrossFit Kids (8-11yrs) & Teens (12-15yrs) programs deliver a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising. Healthy living requires that our children push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play a particular sport.

Our goal is to succeed where most schools are failing and get as many children as possible enjoying fitness and away from their games consoles (at least for an hour or so!)

The CrossFit Kids program is designed for any ability with the main focus always on having fun and supporting each other.

We offer weekly Kids and Teens CrossFit WOD classes as well as 45-minute 1-on-1 (up to 4 if they want to train with friends or siblings) Personal Training designed specifically for the younger athlete.

We also have a family WOD class on Sundays at 8am when members are encouraged to bring their kids along to train with them (they must be over ten and booked in using the relevant kids passes).
